Welcome to my first plant walk! Even though we still have snow, it’s great to get out and see some native plants. I’m sure your region has similar plants - so this should be a good starting point for everyone.

In the video, I don’t discuss ALL of each plant's benefits because that would take too long. Instead, I highlight a few of the plant's main medicinal qualities.

I live in southeast Idaho, and this plant walk is in the Bannock Range near my town. I hope you enjoy this late winter (or maybe it’s early, early spring) plant walk. 💗

Remember, if you are going to forage in the wild, always be 100% sure of your identification and don’t ingest anything unless you are positive about what it is and its effects on the body.

Update to This Publication

You may have noticed the name change to my publication. Science Meets Soul was a cool name, but as my content evolved, I felt the name didn’t embody what this publication is about.

Therefore, I renamed it Wild Soul Herbalism. Because this publication centers on holistic herbalism and our relationship with plants to promote wellness. For more details, feel free to visit my About page

PDF Downloads
